The LINE bot receives message IDs, group and sender IDs, message content, timestamps, available profile information, images and other supported media. These are stored on the operator's Hostinger VPS. New group images automatically enter the AI and Drive workflow when the operator enables it. A manual capture reply can also select a previously received image.
With the Drive account owner's authorization, the app reads folder IDs, names and hierarchy below the configured destination, creates uploads and the Need review folder, checks uploaded file metadata, and trashes app-created copies when their source images or videos are unsent. The Google authorization scope is account-wide; application code restricts upload destinations to the configured folder tree. The app does not download existing Drive images for classification.
Each new group image and the destination folder catalog are sent to OpenAI to classify the image. Google receives original images and videos with upload metadata. Videos are automatically saved to Need review without being sent to OpenAI. After a successful upload, LINE receives a capture confirmation for the same group. The app stores delivery status and a retry identifier to avoid duplicate confirmations. Hostinger hosts the application and its storage, and ngrok carries incoming webhook traffic. API credentials and Google refresh tokens are stored privately on the server. OpenAI requests use store:false; provider processing and retention policies still apply.
Uploaded images inherit the destination folder's sharing permissions, which may include anyone-with-link access. The operator can inspect images, classifications and operational errors. This app does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Its use and transfer of Google API information adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Data is used to provide this image-organizing workflow, not to train a general-purpose AI model.
Messages and available media remain on the VPS until removed by the operator or applicable unsend handling. When LINE delivers an image unsend event, the app removes its stored image content and attempts to trash the associated Drive upload. Temporary failures can delay deletion. Minimal message identifiers remain to prevent re-upload. Drive trash follows Google's retention rules. Consistent VPS backups retain older data for up to seven days, including content later unsent.
The account owner may revoke access in Google Account permissions. This stops future Google access but does not itself delete previously stored files. Contact the operator to request deletion or correction of stored data. The website has no advertising or analytics scripts; the hosting server may receive ordinary request information for operation and security.
